Answer: The 1 Button to WiFi service routes your incoming and outgoing voice calls right alongside the data being sent to or from your computer. Answer: No. The Control Center is pre-programmed to obtain an IP address when connected to the Internet.

Answer: No. There is no term-commitment. You may cancel your service at any time.

Answer: No. You cannot receive collect calls using 1 Button to WiFi.

Question: Do I need a computer to use 1 Button to WiFi?
Answer: No. With your Control Center you can use many of 1 Button to WiFi services directly. You will need a computer, however, if you intend to use advanced features and to manage your account including recharging your account for additional minutes.

Question: Is my 1 Button to WiFi number listed in a phone book?
Answer: No. Your 1 Button to WiFi number(s) will not be listed in a phone book.

Question: Can I use 1 Button to WiFi phone during a power outage?
Answer: Typically, no. All telephony hardware including high-speed modems (DLS or cable), computers and phone adapters require electricity to operate.

Question: How does the sound quality compare to my current phone?
Answer: You’ll find the quality is as good, if not better! Because signals are transmitted and received digitally over the Internet, the quality may very well exceed what you’re currently getting.

Question: Are calls made through 1 Button to WiFi secure?
Answer: Yes. All calls are sent securely through 1 Button to WiFi’s VoIP network.

Question: Where is 1 Button to WiFi available?
Answer: 1 Button to WiFi Control Centers are currently available in the continental United States. However, as a subscriber, you may access your Control Center with a local access number, where available, when out of the United States. You will be provided a PIN which will allow the subscriber to make calls through their Control Center without an Internet connection.

Question: Can I receive calls with 1 Button to WiFi?
Answer: Yes. You can receive calls through your Control Center when you have a regular telephone plugged in. 1 Button to WiFi also offers a voicemail service, where you can receive calls if you are not available when called.

Question: Is there an activation fee?

Answer: No. Your Control Center will allow you to make calls immediately after activation.

Question: What is the minimum subscription term period?
Answer: No minimum period is required.

Question: How are payments made to my account?
Answer: You may make payments on your account via our online payment method using your credit card or debit card in any designated amount. You will also have the option to make automatic recharging payments on your account in incremental amounts up to $100. With this option, the user never has to worry about running out of minutes as the selected credit/debit card will be charged when the funds remaining in the account run below $2.00.

Question: What payment methods are available?
Answer: 1 Button to WiFi accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Also accepted are debit cards from the same merchants.

Question: Do I need a PIN and a password?
Answer: When you order your Control Center, or Register your Control Center (Registration is necessary if you did not purchase your Control Center directly from WorldTel), you will be emailed a username, password, PIN and a personal VoIP number. The email information will allow the user to log into the web site and view their personal account information.

Question: Can I use 1 Button to WiFi if my computer is behind a firewall?
Answer: If you have a router with firewall installed to connect to the Internet or if you are using the service in a corporate environment, 1 Button to WiFi provides a Native Address Translation “NAT” that allows the subscriber to use the phone in such environments.

Question: What Internet connections will 1 Button to WiFi work with?
Answer: 1 Button to WiFi is compatible with any high speed Internet services such as DSL or cable. The recommended minimum bandwidth is 256kbps.
