How Do I Make A Call With My Account?
Calling is very simple; No Computer, No Internet, No PIN Codes are required. Just choose an Access Number from the Local Access Numbers and dial it. When you call one of these Access Numbers our system will automatically recognize your Phone as a Global 1 Touch subscriber and prompt you to enter the Destination number. Dial the Country Code, Area Code and Phone Number and then press the hash-key ‘#’.
|
Example: |
What Happens When I am Asked for a Pin Code?
If you use a Phone that is not registered with your Call Account (e.g. a Hotel Phone or a friend’s Phone) you will be asked to enter your PIN Code. The PIN Code is a 10-digit number that uniquely identifies your Call Account. You can find the PIN Code inside your Back Office under the Registered Numbers menu.
If you want to avoid having to enter the PIN Code all you have to do is register the Phone Number with your Call Account.
Unlimited Call Plans do NOT have a PIN Code since only one person can use the Call Plan and your phone number must therefore be registered.
Can Several People Use My Account?
On the Universal Plans you can register up to FIVE (5) Phone numbers (for Unlimited Plans you can register ONE (1) Phone Number) that will be recognized when calling the Access Number. You can therefore register your Home Phone, Cell Phone, Office Phone, Spouse’s Phone etc. to be used with the same Call Account. At anytime you can login to your Back Office and change the registered numbers on our system to add/remove numbers to be used on your Call Account.
How Do I Receive A Call On My Personal Number?
As a Calling Plan subscriber, you receive your own Personal Number. For example, if you pick a UK number, your friends and family from UK can call your UK number (a local call for them) and it will ring on any Phone you choose (Cell Phone, Office Phone or Home Phone) anywhere in the World. Local for them, Global for You! Yes it’s that simple!
Do I Pay For Incoming Calls To My Private Number?
Yes, incoming calls to your Private Number are deducted from your Call Plan minutes according to the destination of the Phone they are forwarded to and our call rates. If you forward your private number to our Unlimited Plan destination, you will have free unlimited incoming calls.
What Is Call Forwarding And Why Do I need It?
In your Back Office you can enter the Phone number of the Phone to receive the calls on. You can enter the Phone number of any Phone in the World and you can change it as often as you want. When you receive calls to your Private Number, we will automatically deduct minutes from your Call Plan according to the Phone number you are forwarding the Calls to. If you forward your private number to our Unlimited Plan destination, you will have free unlimited incoming calls.
What is Speed Dialing?
Each member can register up to TEN (10) Phone Numbers (destination numbers) that can be called using Speed Dial. All you do is register the Phone Numbers in one of the ten (10) available slots in your Back Office. Once registered you dial the number by entering the slot number (0 - 9) followed by the hash-key ‘#’.
|
Example: |
What Will It Cost To Call Destinations Outside Of The Call Plan?
You are not only Limited to Call Destinations included in your Call Plan. You can Call Anywhere you wish Worldwide and we will deduct your Call Account one (1) minute of included Call Plan minutes plus the said rate according to the Destination you are Calling. So your Global 1 Touch Call Account allows you to Call wherever you want, Cell Phones and Landline Phones and it will all be deducted from your Call Plan minutes.
What Happens When I Use Up All My Airtime Minutes?
You can either buy additional airtime under “Shopping Cart” or, allow the system to Automatically add US$10 Airtime to your account and charge your Credit Card so that you will have no interruption in the Service. To allow Auto Recharge all you have to do is click “Auto Recharge” at the home screen of your back office. If you at the end of your Billing Period have not finished the ‘extra’ Airtime, the system will carry it forward to the following month. If you do not wish to use the Automatic Airtime Top Up you can disable it in your Back Office at anytime.
How Do I Log Into My Call Account?
During Sign Up you will create a personal Username and Password. which you use to log in to your Back Office (Call Account). In your Back Office you can check your Call History, Call Rates, Register Phone Numbers, do Call Forwarding, Assign Speed Dial Numbers, see Invoices and much more. How to Choose a Phone Service Provider and Make Cheap Calls
May 28, 2008 | 1 Comment
As new telephone technologies continue to emerge, there are more and more choices for consumers to pick from when it comes to telephone service.
Gone are the days of just one telephone company providing service in an area. Now, competitive telephone companies, wireless, Internet and cable providers are offering telephone service packages to consumers.
Because everyone has different calling needs, it is important to make sure that you pick the package of services that will best fit your telephone usage.
How do you decide which company is best for you?
Here are some tips on how to select a phone service provider:
Analyze your calling needs
* Before looking at the telephone options your area, make a list of the services you need.
Ask yourself:
* How many telephone calls do I typically make each day? Each month?
* What telephone numbers do I call most?
* What time of day do I typically make telephone calls?
* Do I need call waiting, caller ID or voicemail?
* Are there packages available that can provide services like Internet or cable in addition to telephone?
Research and compare plans
Once your calling needs have been identified, research all the telephone companies offering service in your area. There are several factors you should consider when researching and comparing telephone plans:
What is the monthly telephone service charge?
Many companies offer deals where several services like local and long distance calling, call waiting, caller ID, Internet and cable service and more are packaged together at discounted rates.
Depending on your needs, a service package may or may not be the most cost-effective option.
If you are only interested in basic telephone service, please keep in mind that the traditional local telephone company is required to make this service available by itself, not packaged with any other services.
Competitors may not offer this option.
In addition to charges for telephone service, you will also want to make sure that you understand any additional charges or fees including any surcharges, taxes and early termination fees for ending service before the end of a term agreement.
What calls are included in the monthly telephone service charges?
Most telephone service is based on some type of calling area, and you will want to make sure that the places you call the most are included in the calling plan that you sign up for.
Consumers may have to pay an additional charge for calls to phone numbers that fall outside of the calling area. Other plans offer unlimited local and long distance regardless of location.
And regarding call rates compare rates to the distinations you usualy call.
If you are interested in making cheapest possible calls, you’ve come to the right place.
My aim is to provide you with info that would make it easier to decide which company would provide you cheap calls anywhere from your mobile.
